When does the money get charged?
If you pay by credit card, the money will be charged when your order is packed and leaves our warehouse. However, we reserve the amount once you have completed the order.
Can I order now and pay later?
No, unfortunately you can not order now and pay later.
Can I pre-order or reserve an item?
Unfortunately, you can not pre-order or reserve an item with us.
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
We advise you first to check your junk mail or spam. If the e-mail is not there, it may be because your order has not been processed. Please contact us if the e-mail is not in spam or junk mail, so together we can find out if your order has been processed.
Can I modify my order and add or remove items?
Once the item is packed and shipped, you can not modify the order. We can attempt to cancel your order if it was not yet packed and shipped. In this case you must contact our customer service as soon as possible. If this is not possible, you have the following options:
You cannot refuse to accept a package you have ordered from FREEQUENT. If you refuse to accept the package, you must pay for the return shipping. We will not refund the shipping back to us. Should you not wish to keep an item, you will have to send it back to us. We recommend that you send the parcel secured with a tracking number. That way we can always find your shipment.

We deliver within 2-4 business days.
Which delivery options can I choose?
We ship all orders with GLS and you will receive the package to the chosen shipping option.
In The Netherlands, the order will be shipped with PostNord.

When will I receive my package?
The estimated delivery time in Europe is 2-4 days, but the delivery time depends to a great extent on the delivery country and local provider.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a email with a link where you can track your package.
Returns
How do I return my item?
We offer a 100-day return policy. Please note that returns are not free. If you wish to use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. The return label price may vary by country.
Please return the item in the same condition as you received it - clean, unused, with all labels attached and neatly packed in the original shipping packaging.
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving and processing your return parcel at our warehouse. Please note that certain payment cards may have specific terms regarding refund times.
How to return your item:
1. Go to our returns portal here
2. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order, then select the items you wish to return.
3. Select the reason for the return and your preferred option:
-Exchange for a different size
-Exchange for a different product
-Exchange for a gift voucher (Get 5% extra)
-Return/refund
4. Pack the item securely in the original shipping packaging and enclose the returns form.
5. You will then receive your returns label by email.
6. Drop off the parcel at your nearest GLS or DHL parcel shop, and remember to ask for a receipt when you hand it in.
7. Once we have received and processed your return parcel, we will complete your refund or exchange.
How long do I have the option of returning?
When you shop with us, you have a 100-day right of return. The period is calculated from the day on which you received your order.
The deadline for return has been exceeded. What do I do?
Unfortunately, if more than 100 days passed since you received the item, you will not be able to return your order.
When will I get my money back?
We process your return package when we receive it in our warehouse. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have processed your return package and sent your refund. Depending on the payment method you used, it may take a few days before the money shows in your account.
Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. Instead, you can return your order and make a new order.
There is a defect in the item. What do I do?
If there is a defective or incorrect item, you can choose from the following options:
1. You can receive the item and return the item as usual. With FREEQUENT you have a 100-day right of return.
2. You can receive the item and return the item as usual and then receive a similar item, if we can still deliver the item. If this is not the case, you can contact our customer service and get a proportional reduction of the purchase price.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we would really like to hear from you so we can correct the error.

How do I use my discount code?
You apply your discount code when you proceed to checkout. By ‘Information’ and ‘Delivery’ you can write your discount code on the right-hand side of the window. Your discount will automatically be deducted from the price when you click ‘Use’.

You can apply your gift voucher when you proceed to checkout. By ‘Information’ and ‘Delivery’ you can write your code on the right-hand side of the window. You will find the code on your gift voucher. The amount will automatically be deducted from the price when you click ‘Use’.
