Uw pakket wordt geleverd op een ophaalpunt in de buurt van uw adres. U kiest uit welke pakketwinkel u wilt ophalen bij het voltooien van uw bestelling. U ontvangt een sms-bericht en/of e-mail op het moment dat uw pakket wordt verzonden en wanneer deze klaar is voor verzameling.
Wanneer wordt het geld in rekening gebracht?
Als u per creditcard betaalt, wordt het geld in rekening gebracht wanneer uw bestelling is verpakt en ons magazijn verlaat. We reserveren echter het bedrag zodra u de bestelling hebt voltooid.
Hoe gebruik ik mijn kortingscode?
U past uw kortingscode toe wanneer u doorgaat met het afrekenen. Door ‘informatie’ en ‘levering’ kunt u uw kortingscode aan de rechterkant van het venster schrijven. Uw korting wordt automatisch afgetrokken van de prijs wanneer u op ‘Gebruik’ klikt.
